Jake at Mattress Firm in Johnson City was amazing. We had never purchased a mattress before and he made the experience not only easy, but also enjoyable. He even went above and beyond when there were some complications at the warehouse.
Purchased 2 mattresses on 4th for delivery on 8th only to hear that truck delivering mattresses to store broke down and they would be delivered on the 9th. I called for 2 days and no one answers. I got on website to chat with a specialist and they told me the mattress I purchased was out of stock until the 18th. Awful experience.

I purchased an aspen bed and this is by far the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. Simply amazing! And the staff were so helpful in my decision. Go there. They’ll help you discover a perfect night sleep at an awesome price.
Will was very helpful. He spent a lot of time explaining the mattresses to us so that we could make an informed decision. We are looking forward to our new sleep experience.

Chris was extremely helpful and took his time with us. He listened to what we wanted and showed us several different options and we found exactly what we wanted in our budget. SleepZone is a wonderful local store with a great selection for any budget.
We had a great experience shopping here. They were very knowledgeable in the products we were looking at. They offered suggestions to better fit our need. We also found that their prices were better than the other places we had already shopped. We never felt pressured to make a purchase.

Aaron was a great sales associate. He wasn’t pushy or anything!!! It was a amazing buying experience. He didn’t suggest things that we didn’t need he really listened to what we wanted and how much we wanted to spend.
Great customer service by Aaron, I have 2 Sleep Number beds 16 and 18 years old. Time for a new one and I went with the p6 split king. Looking forward to the adjustable frame.
