Casey was my sales associate and I must say this was by far the best customer service I have ever experienced at a retail store. He was very patient with me and steered me in all the right directions.
Went in to look for a queen sized bed. Talked to Justin who was amazing to talk to. He has very friendly and gave told us about great deals ( which we went with ). Looking forward for my new bed tomorrow! Also amazing deals here.

Sam our salesman was great to work with! Answered our questions, was polite and respectful of our time.
Stopped by as we were in the market for a new mattress. Pleasantly surprised. Sam was great and genuine. More of an educator than a salesman. No high pressure sales pitch, as he said, the product sales its self. These beds are amazing and the customer service was awesome!

I bought a mattress here a couple months ago and haven’t gotten a good night’s sleep since. Their “soft” mattress is too firm and hurts my back and joints. I knew after one night what a terrible mistake I had made buying a mattress here, but they have no return policy, so I was stuck.
Great experience, they were very helpful in explaining the different products. They didn’t try to upsell to something we didn’t need, but did show us a good variety.

We walked in and was immediately greeted, but she wasn’t pushy. She was very helpful and gave us some ideas and left us alone to look around. I knew what I wanted, but they didn’t have it on the floor. She did find it, helped us with color choices and we bought it. Nice store.
