My wife and I decided to change my mattress after 1 year of dealing with traditional King size mattress. We went to Mattress Firm looking for different choices. The store manager is very knowledgeable and knows how to educate you about your decision. My wife and I shopped around different places and found in this store our best choice. Great customer support. Highly recommended.
I have to say that I am not an easy buyer but my experience in this place was great. I connected with Kevin. He was nice and very professional. He spent about 2 hours helping me to make a decision. After two months I have to say that I made the right choice. I highly recommend him as well as the place.

We were greeted by knowledgeable staff and got just the right amount of attention despite the store being busy. All of our questions about the ILE model were answered and the sale price was exactly as advertised. We closed the deal on the spot and are waiting for delivery to our home approximately 10 days after purchase.
I was there at 6.45pm on March 8, 2019 and the store was closed. They do not comply with the published schedule

My mother and brother were helped by Guillermo. He was efficient and direct to questions, showed them all the choices. The prices are competitive and from door to door Guillermo made the process fast and easy. Delivery is included! Just take into account that if you are not happy with the mattress they will exchange it but for a $120 fee. They had advertised a free mattress cover or pillow came with the bed, but it never arrived.
I was in a rush when I walked in and intended on making a quick purchase. Guillermo acknowledged what I needed and made the process quick and efficient. The delivery crew was also efficient and respectful.

Walking into Mattress King I had the best experience ever buying a mattress. I tried every bed until I found the one that I truly loved. Alex was patient and guided me through the process. He gave me the specifications of the mattresses. When I finally decided he gave me the best price in midtown for the mattress I liked!
Marcus did a wonderful job helping my husband and I find the perfect mattress and base! Thank you so much for your great customer service and attention to detail. Alex was there as well to help.

Awesome store! Amazing quality! I was able to purchase the mattress of my dreams. The best investment I have ever made. Happy Sleeping equals happy life!
The beds were SO much more comfortable than the ones I tried at other stores. The salespeople were so much more knowledgeable on the science of sleep than what I was expecting. I liked 2 beds the most, but they helped me pick the model that fit my body perfectly.
