I have to say Ash the store assistant manager was beyond helpful and got me exactly what I needed she was knowledgeable. She wasn’t pushy in the buying process she made buying a mattress easy, me and my fiancé can’t be happier thanks Ash!
Got great service and an incredible mattress that I can’t wait to have delivered. They were able to provide me with tons of information about the mattresses available and about financing.

I purchased my queen sized sleep number bed several weeks ago, am very pleased with it. I would recommend this vendor to others. Other than the store being crowded, I’ve found the sales reps to be friendly, and knowledgeable.
Rebecca Barclay is by far, the most wonderful, educated and welcoming employee I have ever had. She was not pushy or overwhelming as I shopped but extremely educating and entertaining. Having a history of chronic neck degeneration, Rebecca took the time to listen to my pain challenges and matched me with the proper mattress that will alleviate many pain issues while sleeping.

We had a great experience here. The selection was great, the showroom was excellent. We brought two small children and everyone was welcoming and tolerant, especially when they got bored. Kristina was our salesperson and she was perfect: knowledgeable and friendly but also gave us breathing room and stayed nearby but not down our necks as we were deliberating. Awesome prices and management.
I really enjoy our sales associates Norma. She greeted us right when we walked into the store, which is always a plus. Also she gave us adequate time and space to look at the furniture without hovering over us. She was a great sales associate.

Called the store the other day to see if there was a specific furniture available. Male employee just said, “No” and hung up on me! Felt very disrespected and ignored.
I bought a bed/mattress set late on a Saturday morning. Marks delivery truck was busy all day so he offered to deliver my bed in his truck. Not only did I have my new bed within an hour, but he didn’t even charge me for the delivery. It’s been several months now and the bed is great, reasonably priced and decent quality.
