John was very helpful and kind. He wasn’t pushy, didn’t steer me toward a mattress I could neither afford, nor needed. Canaan was also helpful, and we had a great experience. Felt like I got a lot for my money.
Service is friendly but selection is outdated. Shipping costs wouldn’t be a bargaining point if more memory foam options were available.

The sales people were very nice and friendly. They treated me with respect and were very knowledgeable about the product and were able to answer all my questions. Together we found the right bed for me. Overall it was a great experience.
Knowledgeable, professional staff and quality merchandise. We replaced a 25-year old Sleep Number bed with the new 360 and have had many wonderful nights of sleep since. The total adjustability and ultra-comfort have solved our back and hip pains. I honestly feel I’m sleeping on a cloud every night.

Bought our mattress here after not finding much help at other mattress stores. Sales rep was knowledgeable and informative. They have a lot of memory foam mattresses but we went with a spring mattress.
Went in looking for a new mattress for our daughter’s room. The salesman was incredibly informative and helpful. We never felt pressured, and he helped us stay well within our budget.

We came in for a Queen mattress set and got an amazing price. The service was all around wonderful! The bed was delivered by the end of the day. The gentleman that delivered the bed was so polite and efficient!
