I went into the Mattress Firm in West Pines with my mom after having the same mattress for 15 years. Angel was very friendly and helpful in answering all of my mom’s questions. He was very nice and informative especially considering it was an hour away from close on a Saturday night. My mom was very happy with the service she received and with the mattress Angel helped her select.
Great service and everything was explained to us without trying to up-charge us on merchandise. We appreciate the help of James Kelly on this smooth sale and friendly experience.

I have always had a fantastic experience having my furniture shopping here. This store is so neat and clean and is well stocked with decent furniture. The prices are also good. The sales personnel are also friendly and easy to work with!
Great people and great service. Had one little problem but it was taken care of immediately. Very impressed with the entire operation from the salesman in the store to the delivery men. A good experience all around.
