Molly was Very helpful! Didn’t try to pressure me into buying anything, very informative and most of all very courteous! She listened to my needs and based on that, she gave me options on what I could choose from. Great customer services。
I’m satisfied with the bed. However the service was odd. After we told the lady which bed we wanted an frame, she kept trying to talk us out of it. Kept trying to show us a cheaper one insisting the cheaper one with no bedspring would be better. Find it odd that she didn’t want us to spend much money in there.

The staff was very helpful in helping us select our bed. They offered upgrade options without being pushy, and didn’t persist when told no. Colleen helped us and had a great knowledge of everything involved, and had us in-and-out in no time.
We were greeted as soon as we walked through the door by Colleen. The whole experience was great and we didn’t feel like we were being pushed into anything. Our salesperson was very helpful and answered all of our questions. Can’t wait to have it delivered and try it out.

Lenae at this location is amazing and was so helpful for this newbie. I’ve never purchased a mattress before, and she listened to what I was looking for. She also handled the joking of my mom and her boyfriend with a stride that I have to give her credit for.
We went out searching for a new mattress & stopped by here after reading all the positive reviews. We walked in and greeted very promptly. The staff at this store go over and beyond trying to help their customers. The best part was we could go home the same day with the package!
