My wife and I went shopping for a split king adjustable frame and mattress and were greeted by Dillon. He made us feel welcome. We were very impressed as he showed us and explained everything about the product we were interested in. We felt relaxed and under no pressure. Our bed was delivered the next day and we love it.
From the time I walked in I felt so welcomed. Matthew was so friendly and he really knows his stuff. Not only was the service great, he got me the best price I could possibly get.

Amber was very polite but yet very deceiving. Sure I should have read the small print that said all sales were final but as a common courtesy especially spending $1000 it should have been mentioned.

Price is not everything. The amount of time a local business owner spends with you, makes a huge difference in shopping for a mattress. The selection was great, the price was great, but more importantly, the service was impeccable.
Salesperson was very knowledgeable about the product. He was helpful with demonstrating how adjustable bed worked and took time to answer all my questions.

I had a pleasant experience. The sales associate made me feel at home and I absolutely love my mattress! The showroom floor was beautiful and the delivery team was prompt and a joy to have around.
Customer service was great. There were no pushy sales tactics so I didn’t feel like I was being sold something I didn’t need or want. The financing was quick and easy, the delivery drivers were super nice and the entire experience was a breeze!
