Karah was knowledgeable both about mattresses and about musculoskeletal issues that make comfortable sleeping difficult for me. She took the time to listen to my concerns and budgetary constraints, and then patiently helped me find a mattress that was a good match. I’ve had it for almost a month and it’s going well.
Noelani helped me find the perfect bed! Super sweet and very helpful! Got a foam mattress and frame for only $308. Best deal I have ever had.

Laurel was amazing and great customer service would definitely buy again. Brad was also a nice and friendly manager and helped out on the deal also. Mattress was delivered as specified two days later. Nice delivery crew also!
Michaela worked amazingly! She helped me from the second I walked in the door to signing of the lease. She was so helpful in choosing a mattress, providing information and helping me understand everything about mattresses. I cannot speak highly enough about her!

Excellent customer service at the Gateway location. However when I picked it up, the guy was rude, threw the mattress on top of the car and the shut the door in our faces.
I bought the mattress I wanted along with an adjustable base. I bought this on the 29th of April and was told it would be delivered May 4th. And then I was told it won’t be in until May 7th. And the delivery was delayed again and again for more than 5 times. This makes the mattress 10 days late! The bed I am currently sleeping on is hurting my back. I bought the bed thinking it was going to be a 5 day wait not a 15 day wait with a good chance of waiting longer. And the staff will not give a damn about your complaints.

Purchased bunk beds for our kids. The gentleman that helped us was very patient! We had a 2-year-old and a four-year-old trying every bed they had!! Thanks for the awesome experience!!

Damian was really nice and helpful! But I feel like his mattresses that were really good deals were very low quality. I bought a low-end mattress a month or two ago. And now its bunching up in the middle.
