Bought a queen size memory foam mattress and an adjustable from Betty 2 weeks ago. Everything from meeting Betty and having her show me how amazing an adjustable can be to the delivery was excellent. I did shop a couple of places and by far Betty and Mattress Firm were the best.
Overall the sales were kind and willing to help. I liked the shopping experience in it. However, we noticed that the listed price in the store were different from the price online. We checked the product in the store and then ordered online with a reduced price. Just a heads-up.

Justin was an excellent salesman who didn’t push us into any bed and let us find the perfect mattress that worked for both my husband and I. They were very upfront and honest about everything, not pushy at all.
I can’t remember the salesman’s name, but he was very friendly and showed me several sets. He wasn’t pushy and i believe i got a great deal.
