Ashley was amazing! She went above and beyond in helping me find the right sleep number bed and base. I am glad I decided to actually go to the sleep number store before I made my order. This will be my third sleep number bed I have purchased now!
Just left here and Melissa was awesome to work with. Didn’t pressure us at all and was very honest and upfront with us. Most important to me she didn’t try and upsell us into spending more than we wanted to. Awesome experience all around

I visited the store July of last year and when Amy demonstrated how easily you could make it a bed and back to a couch I was sold! When I was on my own trying to adjust the bed I always struggled with it. I stopped in today and was letting Amy know how I was struggling and how easy she had made it look. She kindly showed me the correct way to adjust the bed so I came home and tried it! Thank you Amy for helping me with this.
We purchased a futon frame and mattress and additional mattresses and other items from Amy’s over the years. We always know we are getting excellent products and good advice.

Great price, and decent customer service, the reason I say that is because I had to make several calls just to double check about the delivery of my bed, and today is delivery day and still no call to confirm the time. I have worked in Administrative Support for over 5 years and I have to say communication is key with customers especially.
Love it. The salesgirl was really nice and professional all the time. She give us all the time that we need it to choose our mattress.
