This company has a 160-Day exchange program. We bought an extra firm mattress that turned out to be a little bit too firm for us. We exchange it with zero problems. Jason was very informative and pleasant to work with. The mattress warranty is great also.

I cannot say enough about the service I received from Four States. We had a couple of snafu’s, but they worked diligently to get them worked out. Sandra was amazing. She worked with me inside my budget (which wasn’t much when it comes to redecorating!) Their delivery people were always so helpful and the system they have set up to schedule deliveries is second to none! You don’t have to sit around and wait all day as they give you a 2-hour window!
Great customer service and very presentable down to earth employees. Even management was cool.
