This was probably the most aggressive sales experience I have ever had. These guys wanted to be helpful, but even though I mentioned several times I was looking at their inventory to inform a future purchase, they still wanted to “make me a deal I couldn’t say no to” today. Overall this was a weird experience.
After about 4 months this mattress is completely worn out. I followed the instructions and flipped the mattress from side to side for 2 months. I don’t jump in it or anything and the springs seemed just collapse. the springs makes a lot of noise.

Just tried out the most comfortable bed ever today! Free delivery and set-up. Can’t wait to have it at home! Wonderful experience to try all the different types in one place. Josh is very knowledgeable.
My sales rep Josh, was so very helpful. He answered all my many questions as if he had all the time in the world to spend with me even though I am sure that he was very busy. It is so very nice to have a sales rep that is knowledgeable and polite.

Jan was friendly and funny. Easy to work with even if your credit is turned down. Layaway is a great option to have as well. All around great experience. Delivery same day can beat it. Great comfy clean bed at a fraction of the price of the name brand stores.
Great customer service not pushy at all nice beds great prices bought a bed a few days ago and I’m so happy with it.

Scored a great deal on a floor mattress during their spring mattress sale. Saved about 60% and enjoyed my time in the store. Sales rep was knowledgeable and accommodating. Looking forward to sleeping in the new mattress!
Metro Mattress provides excellent and attentive service. This store sells high quality, comfortable beds at lows costs. I prefer beds that have memory foam as the top layer and Metro Mattress provides several brands of memory foam beds. Also the store gives the liberty to lease beds.

Good selections. probably the best in the area. It is a little pricey though and also I don’t like how they follow you around the store, but that is probably consistent with most places who work on commission. Sometimes I just want to look around without being pressured.
Great customer service Had a wonderful experience at the store. We bought a King size mattress and box spring. Had it delivered on Feb 14 and we love it!
