Friendly, well-informed, honest, humorous and a great listener to accommodate our needs. Great experience and confident to return and work with Forrest for any other sleep products.
I have shopped at this location several times over the years. This visit Barbara and Chris assisted with my pickup and changes to my purchase and they were phenomenal. Perfect example of what customer service is supposed to be which is hard to find these days.

Awesome family owned business. Frank and Tina are very knowledgeable about the mattresses. Delivery was very fast. Bed was set up in minutes.

It was nice. Had a super nice dude show me around and help me buy bunk beds which was kind of embarrassing seeing as I’m too big to fit in a bunk bed. Free water bottles with recycling bins situated around the store.
My husband and I worked with Angel who was an excellent salesperson. He answered all our questions and we were completely satisfied. We purchased a new bed in a new living room set.

Sales team is nice and attentive. However the delivery takes weeks. We had an issue after delivery and now have to wait 2 more weeks to get someone to fix a manufacturer problem. Wish we bought another brand will likely be returning it.
Delivery experience leaves something to be desired. You can buy similar beds for less money from other companies. Their customer service after purchase is terrible.
