Dotti was so helpful and patient as we tried so many mattresses! She was very knowledgeable about each product. We were really pleased with our visit to this store and cannot wait to receive our mattress!
Tom was awesome! He answered every question. Took his time showing us every mattress we were interested in and explained the features of this mattress to us. We went in looking and ended buying not one but two mattresses and two dog beds.

We had been shopping around for a mattress, and Mattress Warehouse made the experience easy! We loved completing the Bed Match process and purchased a mattress that was right for us and within our budget. Dorian was extremely helpful but not pushy.
No pressure sale. I went in checking about what type of mattress would be the very best for my son. I settled on a tempurpedic after several visits even laying on them to judge which would be best. Delivery was $160 and they carried everything carefully not to damage anything.

Great experience here with Kyle Saturday….really genuine and nice person who felt like someone we had known for years. Was truly interested in improving our sleep experience and ‘”fixing our problems” which is a trait quite rare now days in our general experience with folks in sales!
The sales people were extremely helpful, knowledgably and understanding. The experience was enjoyable. Now just waiting for the bed to arrive!

Got a wonderful mattress with a great deal from Howard who is a superstar and a shining light in the mattress market of Reading. Next day delivery of our purchase was fantastic too.
We’ve bought from Howard 3 times now (once for us, once for our daughter and once for our grandson). Their financing options are great and so are his mattresses and he gave me a free body pillow. Excellent place to buy a bed.
