I can’t say enough great things about them! Bought a twin bed for our son and they listened to our price range and didn’t try to push us to spend more. Also listened to my firmness preference and the first mattress they picked was perfect. Super quick and easy! And they delivered on a Sunday on Memorial Day weekend! I’ll never buy a mattress from anywhere else!
Spent day searching for new Mattress & adjustable base at multiple mattress stores. Met Nick at mattress firm was able find mattress I was looking for and was the first to make me aware of adjustable frame with built in night light. Needless to say this became my final stop. He was also able to provide delivery two days after purchase.

Jay was there with a few customers and he handled everyone without seeming rushed. He was quick to answer questions and offer advice when my wife and I were disagreeing. The ability to customize my mattress and having a 12-year warranty made it a no brainer. Delivery was quick and the delivery guys had it assembled in no time. Great experience.
Really great people. They are very knowledgeable about mattresses. We ended up learning a lot from them. Information that the other stores didn’t tell us. They also were very helpful in finding a great mattress for us.

I Just got a mattress from here very comfortable and I love it! Mike Neff was awesome!!! He was very kind and help us right away. He gave us a great deal and had us in at out with no problem.
Our salesperson made me feel at home. She was such a wonderful person and very motherly. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She gave exemplary service. We got a great bed at a good price.

We worked with Jerri and she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Got us fitted for the right mattress for our needs, showed us various options available, but wasn’t pushy. Looking forward to our delivery and many nights of comfort!
My husband and I have dealt with Jerri on a few different occasions, she has always been very helpful and kind. Jerri usually goes out of her way to go above and beyond to ensure the customer’s satisfaction.

This was our second time buying from Bob’s and we’re just as pleased as the the first time. They didn’t have what we wanted due to inventory changes and let us purchase the floor model and helped us load it up the same day. Great staff, great management.
Everything was great. Jennifer Erskine my associate listened to my wants and needs. My first need was a mattress. She was most helpful and really knew her stuff. Got the bedroom set as well. Was totally surprised by the store.
