Excellent experience. Salesman was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about products and spent considerable time helping us to make the best decision. Was able to take advantage of special pricing for good savings.
My order did not come the day which was supposed to. And when I called to track the order, I got 2 different delivery dates so I wasn’t sure when I was getting my stuff! I waited 45min to speak to someone over the phone.

My experience here was amazing! Not only did they have every mattress, but I got to meet Vispring’s VP of North American Sales, who was an absolute pleasure to speak with.
One of the showroom’s sales team members, Susan, kept in touch with me and helped me find a Vispring that I could afford. She also took all my info (height, weight, sleep position, etc) so the mattress could be tailored exactly to me. This thing is guaranteed for life, which is an unbelievable commitment by Vispring when you think about it.
