We received the mattress in a large box, unwrapped it per instructions. It immediately unrolled and began to expand. Our first impression was this mattress was not firm at all. Don’t let that fool you. Give it 48 hours to do its thing. The first night we slept on it, I could not believe how firm it was compared to two nights before.
